2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration & Identity Verification
Each user is allowed only one active account on the s1000 platform. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. s1000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security and meet compliance requirements.
All information provided during registration must be your own. Registering with false information, another person's identity or multiple accounts is a serious breach that may result in permanent account termination and the freezing of associated balances.
Password security and account access
You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. s1000 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any external channel. Please ensure your password is unique, strong and not shared with anyone.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please notify the s1000 support team immediately. All activity that occurs within your account is considered your own until a report of lost access has been received and verified by us.
3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the s1000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using available local payment methods, including bank transfer and DuitNow, subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as your s1000 account. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level. s1000 reserves the right to hold or investigate any withdrawal request deemed suspicious before processing.
Any bonuses or promotional credits in your account are subject to separate wagering requirements. Funds obtained through activities that violate these terms, including the use of multiple accounts or system manipulation, are not eligible for withdrawal and may be forfeited.
S1000 does not bear any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment processors in connection with your deposit or withdrawal transactions. All such charges are solely the responsibility of the user.
